This section details KNR’s scope of work for the Installation of the Water Distribution Network for Pearl Petroleum’s Crescent – Dana Gas project, completed in 2023. Our focus was on delivering a high-quality, reliable, and safe water supply system for the project site.

- Detailed Engineering & Planning: KNR engineers collaborated closely with Pearl Petroleum to develop a comprehensive plan for the water distribution network. This plan considered factors like water flow requirements, designated service areas, and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Material Procurement & Quality Control: KNR procured high-quality pipes, valves, fittings, and other materials required for the network installation. Stringent quality control measures ensured all materials met project specifications and industry standards.
- Site Mobilization & Preparation: Our team mobilized the necessary workforce, equipment, and resources to the project site. The designated work area was meticulously prepared, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
During the Project: Building With Quality and Safety at the Forefront

- Trenching & Pipe Installation: KNR carefully excavated trenches according to the plan, ensuring proper depth and alignment for the pipes. High-quality pipes were then installed, joined, and secured using industry-standard techniques.
- Valve Installation & System Integration: KNR strategically installed valves throughout the network to regulate water flow and facilitate future maintenance. The new water distribution network was then integrated seamlessly with any existing infrastructure on the project site.
- Rigorous Testing & Commissioning: Upon completion of the installation, KNR conducted rigorous testing and commissioning procedures. This ensured the network functioned properly, met designated pressure and flow requirements, and complied with all safety regulations.
Finalizing the Project: A Smooth Handover and Ongoing Support
The final stage focused on ensuring a smooth handover to Pearl Petroleum and providing ongoing support, if required.

- System Performance Reports & Training: KNR furnished Pearl Petroleum with system performance reports outlining the network’s capacity and functionalities. Additionally, we may have offered training sessions for their personnel on operating and maintaining the water distribution network.
- Ongoing Support & Collaboration: Our commitment to Pearl Petroleum extended beyond project completion. KNR remained available to offer post-installation support, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the water distribution network.
