Provision of All Plant, Labor & Equipment for Main Civil Works (ICS)
This section details KNR’s scope of work for the Main Civil Works (Interim Compression Solution) of the Pearl Petroleum project. Our commitment is to deliver a high-quality, safe, and efficient project, encompassing all aspects from initial groundwork to final handover.
Start of Project: Mobilization and Site Preparation
- Mobilization & Resource Deployment: We mobilize the necessary workforce, equipment, and materials to the project site. This includes tools, machinery, and construction supplies required for the civil works.
- Underground Utility Installation: Following designated plans, KNR safely installs all essential underground services on the site. These may include electrical conduits, water pipelines, and communication lines, each with the necessary protective measures.
- Earthworks & Foundation Preparation: Utilizing advanced equipment, KNR conducts precise earthworks excavation, backfilling, and compaction for the foundations. Stockpiling of excavated materials and proper disposal of surplus ensure a well-organized worksite.
During the Project: Building With Quality and Safety at the Forefront
With the site prepared, construction commences. KNR prioritizes safety and meticulous execution throughout this phase, adhering to strict quality control measures.
2. During the Project: Construction & Quality Control
- Foundation Construction: Our team constructs the foundations for the ICS, following specified engineering plans. This includes blinding concrete, strength concrete, formwork, reinforcing, chemical anchors, and any cast-in items.
- Quality Assurance & Control: KNR prioritizes quality at every step. We implement rigorous quality control procedures throughout construction, ensuring the foundations meet the highest standards of safety and structural integrity.
- Material Management & Consumption: Effective management of construction consumables and temporary materials is crucial. KNR maintains a precise inventory and utilizes resources efficiently, minimizing waste.
Finalizing the Project: A Smooth Handover and Ongoing Support
The final stage involves handover to Pearl Petroleum and providing ongoing support to ensure the project’s long-term success.

- Project Handover & Documentation: Upon completion, KNR provides Pearl Petroleum with comprehensive handover documentation detailing all aspects of the civil works. This ensures a smooth transition to operation and maintenance.
- As-Built Drawings & Quality Control Reports: KNR furnishes Pearl Petroleum with a complete set of as-built drawings reflecting the final state of the civil works. Additionally, detailed quality control reports ensure transparency and guarantee adherence to specifications.
- Ongoing Support & Collaboration: Our commitment extends beyond handover. KNR remains available to offer Pearl Petroleum post-construction support, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
